She began her career in 2001 after completing her ILEX Legal Diploma, initially working in a solicitors before moving into estate agency, and later relocating to London to join a leading financial institution. There, she progressed from receptionist to private client administrator and then paraplanner, gaining extensive experience across mortgages, protection, investments, and pensions. After 13 years, she chose to specialise solely in mortgages and protection, achieving her CeMAP qualification and later adding CeRER to further strengthen her expertise.
